Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Agency Lead Enrichment (ALE) ("the Service"), provided by CorbieTech ("we", "us"). By using the Service you ("the Client") agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
ALE is a business tool that researches, cross-checks, scores and summarizes inbound leads that the Client has obtained through its own channels, and delivers the resulting brief to the Client's authorized users by email and/or WhatsApp.
2. Eligibility & authorized use
The Service is for business use only. The Client represents that it has a lawful basis and the necessary rights and consents to process the lead data it submits, and to contact those leads.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for legitimate qualification of the Client's own leads.
- Do not use any output to make decisions covered by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar laws (e.g. credit, employment, insurance, or housing eligibility).
- Comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of the underlying providers (including Meta / WhatsApp messaging policies and anti-spam rules).
- Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute the enrichment data, and do not use the Service to harass or deceive.
4. Data & privacy
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Third-party data & accuracy
The Service relies on third-party providers and publicly available information. Such data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Outputs (including identity matches and scores) are informational aids only; the Client is responsible for its own decisions and outreach.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its workflows and software, is owned by CorbieTech. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorbieTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from third-party data or the Client's use of outputs.
9. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify CorbieTech against claims arising from the Client's misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Termination
Either party may stop using or providing the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Condiciones del Servicio

Estas Condiciones rigen el uso de Agency Lead Enrichment (ALE) ("el Servicio"), provisto por CorbieTech ("nosotros"). Al usar el Servicio, tú ("el Cliente") aceptas estas Condiciones.
1. El Servicio
ALE es una herramienta empresarial que investiga, coteja, califica y resume prospectos entrantes que el Cliente ha obtenido por sus propios canales, y entrega el resumen resultante a los usuarios autorizados del Cliente por correo y/o WhatsApp.
2. Elegibilidad y uso autorizado
El Servicio es solo para uso empresarial. El Cliente declara que cuenta con base legal y con los derechos y consentimientos necesarios para tratar los datos de los prospectos que envía y para contactarlos.
3. Uso aceptable
- Usa el Servicio únicamente para la calificación legítima de los prospectos propios del Cliente.
- No uses ningún resultado para tomar decisiones cubiertas por la ley FCRA de EE. UU. o leyes similares (p. ej. elegibilidad de crédito, empleo, seguros o vivienda).
- Cumple todas las leyes aplicables y las condiciones de los proveedores subyacentes (incluidas las políticas de mensajería de Meta / WhatsApp y las normas anti-spam).
- No revendas, extraigas ni redistribuyas los datos de enriquecimiento, y no uses el Servicio para acosar o engañar.
4. Datos y privacidad
El tratamiento de datos personales se describe en nuestra Política de Privacidad, que forma parte de estas Condiciones.
5. Datos de terceros y exactitud
El Servicio se apoya en proveedores externos e información de carácter público. Dichos datos pueden ser incompletos, desactualizados o inexactos. Los resultados (incluidas coincidencias de identidad y puntuaciones) son solo ayudas informativas; el Cliente es responsable de sus propias decisiones y contactos.
6. Propiedad intelectual
El Servicio, incluidos sus flujos de trabajo y software, es propiedad de CorbieTech. No se otorgan más derechos que el derecho limitado a usar el Servicio según lo previsto.
7. Renuncias
El Servicio se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluidas exactitud, idoneidad para un fin particular o disponibilidad ininterrumpida.
8. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, CorbieTech no es responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes, ni de pérdidas derivadas de datos de terceros o del uso de los resultados por parte del Cliente.
9. Indemnización
El Cliente acuerda indemnizar a CorbieTech frente a reclamaciones derivadas del uso indebido del Servicio o del incumplimiento de estas Condiciones o de la ley aplicable.
10. Terminación
Cualquiera de las partes puede dejar de usar o prestar el Servicio en cualquier momento. Las secciones que por su naturaleza deban subsistir (p. ej. renuncias, responsabilidad, indemnización) subsisten tras la terminación.
11. Ley aplicable
Estas Condiciones se rigen por las leyes de la República de Costa Rica, sin considerar las normas de conflicto de leyes.
12. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estas Condiciones; la fecha de "última actualización" se modificará en consecuencia. El uso continuado tras los cambios constituye aceptación.
